Certification Appointment Booking
Please follow below steps to book appointment for the certification exam:
- Go to http://www.pearsonvue.com/oracle.
- Select Sign In under Oracle on top right.
- Use your existing Pearson VUE account to log in or create a new account and log in.
- Select Proctored Exam.
- Type 1Z0–931: Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud 2019 Specialist and select Go.
- Select how you want to take the exam and follow the prompts.
System Test (Prior to Exam Day)
I highly recommend you to perform system test from the same computer and location you will be testing from on exam day. Please follow below link for further steps:

Ensure you have administrative rights on your computer to be able to download the software and proceed further with the prompts.
On Certification Day
The certification will be open 30 minutes before the booked time and please be ready at least before 15 minutes so that you will be ready for the booked time after completing the admission process.

- Click on your exam under ‘Purchased Online Exams’
- Click “Begin” and proceed through the self check-in process and wait for a Proctor to connect with you
Some tips…
- There are totally 60 questions and you have 120 minutes — so you have 2 minutes for each question. So take your time to read the question carefully before choosing the answer and also review the each question once you completed all questions.
- Pass percentage is 63% — so even though you give wrong answers to 22 questions, you still can pass the exam :) Hence don’t panic if you don’t know answers for few questions.
- Read questions properly, sometimes they are tricky and you can often miss some minute details which will be a key point to find the correct answer.
- Few topics to concentrate more are Migration & Data Loading into Autonomous Database, Provisioning & Connectivity and Managing & Maintaining Autonomous Database. You might comparatively get more questions on these topics.
- If you take the exam from home, then you are video proctored. So strictly follow the PearsonVue guide for taking the exam.
